The calculator gives an initial vehicle-and-driver estimate based on travel days, vehicle class and possible extra distance. Availability and the final route quotation are confirmed separately.
What is included in the estimate?
Fuel, highway tolls, parking and standard driver expenses are included in the calculator estimate. Confirmed route inclusions are explained before booking.
How are extra kilometres calculated?
The calculator includes 100 km per travel day. Possible extra distance is estimated separately from the route you enter and remains subject to the confirmed route.
Is driver accommodation included?
Any driver accommodation requirement or exceptional surcharge is explained before confirmation, based on the route and service plan.
Which vehicle suits my group and luggage?
The calculator recommends a sedan, private van or Coaster minibus based on traveller count. Share your luggage details so the final vehicle choice can be checked.
Can the route start or finish outside the airport?
Yes. Airport pickup and the selected final drop-off are included when they form part of your confirmed route.
Can we change the route?
